Blog Action Day -

Today is Blog Action Day [ blogactionday.change.org ] when bloggers from all over the planet dedicate a post to the subject of water to raise awareness of the many global issues surrounding water, its availability, distribution and abuse through waste,greed and of course pollution. The outside world in autumn is a busy place for gardeners but I couldn't let today go by without at least a couple of pics.  Holy Wells abound all over Britain and we are especially blessed with some beauties here in Cornwall. So to add my 'five eggs' to the debate, here are some pictures ofthe way things were when people - of necessity - had their priorities right!

A new realisation - Autumn Equinox and Full Moon - 1deg. Libra/Aries

I'm not sure if anyone noticed the sudden disappearance of the previous incarnation of this Blog. It was,like its predecessor, a casualty of a nasty Pluto transit to my Sun, egged on by Saturn and the whole la di dah of the Cardinal crosses and squares through which by now some of us are dragging our sorry *sses!
  Anyway, hiding my light under a bushel doesn't sit well with me for long so last week's  Equinox and Full Moon had me dragging the wretched thing back in a sparkly new template. Still trying to do the work of three women, there was only time to post  a quick picture to announce my return. The Zennor Mermaid just sort of came to hand somehow, a propos of nothing, so on it went.
 It was a day or two later  that I got round to reading Robert Wilkinson's post on the Equinox and Full Moon at  http://www.aquariuspapers.com/  . To paraphrase a little, the Sabian symbol for the first degree of Libra (equinox) is  "A butterfly made perfect by a dart through it."  Rudhyar calls this a degree of a 'symbolic death that is initiation into spiritual reality and wisdom'  'A sudden awakening'. Also the 'Immortal archetypal reality that a perfect and dedicated life reveals' 
     The Lunar degree symbol is "A woman rises out of water, a seal rises and embraces her".    A 'Degree of potentiality of selfhood' where we 'Emerge from the collective and realise self for the first time'.
  All in all this would seem  to indicate a  favourable time for a transfigured form of communication to emerge . That's a lot of potential!   Until now I've been too scared to write anything for fear of sullying the purity of it but hey! no-one reads it anyway so to hell with it and here goes- and I swear to God I didn't read those symbols before I posted that photo!
