I have yet to identify this lovely red rose which we rescued last year from the site of a client's new conservatory where it was starving, dry and unloved. Now it looks gorgeous between Purple Sage and the blowsy Oriental Poppies.

ReplyDeleteThe photo doesn't do them justice Sy, the red is so velvety and deep compared to the flimsy silken petals of the poppies.
